Participation in Activities: Clients participate in any activity at their own risk. Liability for Breakage, Loss, or Damage: The client will be responsible for any breakage, loss, or damage caused by negligence. 2. Personal Belongings: We do not accept liability for loss or damage to personal belongings. 3. Booking Requirements: A 50% downpayment is required at the time of booking via bank deposit or online payment (if available). The balance/full payment must be settled no later than the charter date. 4. Cancellation Policy: We operate a no cancellation policy. Re-booking will depend on boat availability.
